We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — even if your product has been used.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all pieces and components included.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective items).

Once you request a return, we will email you the return shipping cost for approval.

After you approve, we will send you a link to start the return.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once we receive and inspect the item.
Please note:
Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside our control and are not valid grounds for a return.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or in the wrong variant, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to report any issues.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (minus agreed return shipping).

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
To exchange your item for a different variant or colour, email support@brainblocks.shop.
If approved:

We will send an invoice for return shipping and any price differences.

After payment, you’ll receive a link to register the return (select “Exchange”).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit so you can reorder your preferred item.
Return Denials
Brain Blocks reserves the right to refuse returns that:

Do not meet our policy requirements

Are returned without approval

Are sent outside the 30-day return window

Are sent to an address other than the one provided via our return portal
Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@brainblocks.shop.
We will provide instructions and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Order Modification / Cancellation
Our fulfilment team often begins processing orders within hours of purchase.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
